Production process
The board is formed by continuous cold bending of high-quality color-coated steel, with thermal insulation and flame-retardant polyurethane liquid injected into the middle. After high-pressure mixing, foaming, curing and other processes, the core material and surface material are strongly compounded. The entire production process is completed online by the Ohms polyurethane continuous automatic production line.
